Frankie Manning (www.frankiemanning.com)
turns 95 on May 25, 2009. (Please click on link if you're not sure who he is. Trust me,
you need to know!).
There is a big party in NYC to celebrate wtih lindy hoppers from all over the world
attending. Part of the festivities is a video presentation from swing scenes from all over
the world doing the Shim Sham Shimmy.
On March 19th, we will film the Twin Cities version of the Shim Sham Shimmy to be
submitted for the event in May.
We want you to be a part of the action. So, brush up on the Shim Sham and show up to Late
Night Swing on March 19th to be part of Frankie's birthday celebration!
