When you first pop this disc in, your foot will immediately start tapping along with Jumpin’ From Six To Six. This is a strong start to 45 minutes of swingin’ sounds that’ll keep your torso twistin’ and turnin’.

Whether you prefer East Coast or Lindy Hop, you are going to love this disc. Virtually every song’s tempo is a dancer’s delight. Think will be a treat for all you hep Heel Shaggers. I found only two songs, You Know My Love and Tin Pan Alley, where cats can bound for the bar and slug some swing juice (aka water).

Lotsa swing bands pick up the flavor of the forties but Colin James goes for a strong rock and roll taste that will keep you longing for more. Lots of cats slink past rock and roll when they think of swing but this CD will please all you rockin’ Bob’s out there.
